牛糞壓榨

牛糞漿狀的生牛糞是奶牛場(chǎng)的一個(gè)主要問題來源，由于臭味和嚴(yán)格的環(huán)境法規(guī)，Gaushaala在世界各地都有同樣的處理方法。

這種情況發(fā)生在牛糞和沖洗水一起被收集的農(nóng)場(chǎng)中，沖洗水通過農(nóng)場(chǎng)的加壓水嘴被應(yīng)用。泥漿通過專門為泥漿輸送至泥漿池而創(chuàng)建的小型水路收集在泥漿池中。

根據(jù)機(jī)器的容量，物料通過簡(jiǎn)單有效的泥漿泵從這些坑進(jìn)入脫水螺旋壓力機(jī)。

與生牛糞相比，牛糞漿的液體含量要高得多，其游離水含量在80-90%左右，固體含量在10%左右，還含有一定量的吸收水分。

在同樣的脫水過程中，脫水螺旋壓力機(jī)應(yīng)除去所有80-90%以上的游離多余水分，同時(shí)還應(yīng)除去材料一定量的吸收水分。

這里的脫水螺旋壓力機(jī)必須更多地關(guān)注自由多余水的排水，而不是材料的脫水，因?yàn)樽杂啥嘤嗨牧棵黠@較高。

COW DUNG SLURRY

Cow Dung Slurry like Raw Cow Dung is a major source of problem for the Dairy Farms, Gaushaala's across the world due to the foul smell and the strict enviornmental laws for the disposal for the same.

This happens in farms where the cow dung is collected along with wash water applied through pressurized water nozzles along the farm. The slurry is collected in slurry pits through small water ways created specially for the transport of the slurry to the pit.

The material is fed from these pits into the dewatering screw press through simple and effective slurry pumps as per the capacity of the machine.

Cow Dung Slurry has a much higher content of liquid as compared to the Raw Cow Dung , it has around more than 80-90% of free water and around 10% of solid content which also contains a certain amount of absorbed moisture.

In the dewatering process for the same , the dewatering screw press shall remove all the free excess water which more than 80-90% and also remove a certain amount of absored moisture of the material.

The dewatering screw press here has to focus more on the drainage of the free excess water than the dewatering of the material as the amount of free excess water is substaincially higher.
