芒果皮壓榨

芒果果皮脫水螺旋壓榨機(jī)是一種全新的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。它是在加工結(jié)束時(shí)使用的，在加工過(guò)程中，所有的紙漿都被清除，紙漿和石頭都被留下。芒果果皮上還有相當(dāng)多的芒果果肉殘留，如果回收后可以重新利用。

從數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)看，芒果皮和芒果石的含水量不同，但經(jīng)過(guò)脫水和去除多余的果肉后，產(chǎn)量的含水量可以降低到52%。這里所需的背壓相當(dāng)高，因?yàn)楣夂凸ぶg的粘合力相當(dāng)高。

殘余的果皮和石頭可以作為工廠的替代燃料來(lái)源，也可以被制成顆粒出售。

MANGO PEEL

Dewatering Screw Press for Mango Peel and Stone is a pretty new applicaton in general. It is used at the end of the process where all the pulp has been removed during the process and the pulp and the stone are left. There is still a pretty good amount of residual mango pulp specially on the mango peel , which if recovered can be re-used again.

From the data the mango peel and the stone both come at different moisture levels but after dewatering and removal of excess pulp , the output moisture can be brought to as low as 52% combined.

Here the amount of back pressure required for the same is pretty high as the bonding between the pulp and the peel is pretty high.

The residual peel and the stone can used as an alternate source of fuel in the plant or can be pelleted and sold commercially.
